The answer or lesson is not always obvious, it’s for you to take in, digest and find it’s value.
Watching how one of our clients interacted with their customer brought to our attention, how we would like to treat each and every one of our clients. The level of personal attention, motivation and fine balance between encouragement and enforcement was admirable.
